The American Monastic Archive Project
Vision
The ultimate goal for TAMAP is to create a public museum where people can see, touch, and hear American Christian monasticism. To accomplish this, four phases are foreseen.
Phase 01
Create a digital repository.
Phase 02
Rent storage space and add physical resources (e.g. habits, choir stalls, art, etc.).
Phase 03
Work with local organizations to send objects out on tour.
Phase 04
Establish a permanent home for the collection and open it to the public as a museum.
